B2B Campaign Manager – Enterprise ABM

About the role

We are partnering with a growing enterprise technology organization to find a hands‑on B2B Campaign Manager who will own end‑to‑end campaign execution for high‑value enterprise accounts. This builder role works closely with Sales to develop targeted ABM programs, launch campaigns in HubSpot, and drive measurable pipeline contribution.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns against strategic named accounts.
• Partner with Sales on account targeting, messaging, sequencing and engagement.
• Research enterprise accounts, identify business triggers and craft campaign angles.
• Create HubSpot lists, segmentation, workflows, sequences, and set up tracking and attribution.
• Launch top‑of‑funnel campaigns across priority verticals and manage always‑on LinkedIn paid programs.
• Support event and webinar promotion, contribute to SEO/AEO initiatives, and track performance to generate commercial insights.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in enterprise or complex sales environments.
• Advanced, hands‑on HubSpot proficiency and ability to build lists, workflows, and report on performance.
• Strong understanding of long, multi‑stakeholder enterprise buying cycles.
• Analytical mindset with commercial judgment and ability to work independently.
