Director of Product Marketing

About the role

The Director, Product Marketing will lead product marketing for AGBO’s first game, shaping positioning, launches, player adoption and scaling throughout the game lifecycle. This senior role sits at the intersection of development, publishing and platform partners, ensuring market insight drives strategy and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own positioning, messaging and the overall marketing strategy from pre‑announcement through live service.
• Translate research, playtests and community signals into audience definition, product packaging and go‑to‑market plans.
• Build and execute go‑to‑market plans for each product beat, manage store pages, platform presence and co‑marketing with partners.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with development, creative agencies and platform partners, and manage the product marketing budget.
• Hire, develop and lead a small product marketing team while continuing hands‑on work.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of experience in games product marketing, brand or go‑to‑market, with at least 2 years leading a function or team.
• Proven track record shipping a game as the marketing owner, preferably a live‑service title.
• Deep familiarity with key launch metrics (wishlists, CPI, ROAS, retention, LTV, CAC, store conversion).
• Strong data‑analysis ability and experience building BI dashboards, A/B and multivariate tests, and pricing/LTV models.

• Base salary ranging from $195,000 to $220,000 annually
