Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Redgate is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to shape the story of its growing portfolio, turning deep market and customer insight into positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market plans that help sales and product teams succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the go‑to‑market strategy for the Database Change Management portfolio, partnering with sales leadership, regional and global marketing teams.
• Act as the critical conduit between the US market and UK‑based product teams, delivering enterprise buyer, competitor and market intelligence that informs product and GTM strategy.

Required profile

• Proven success partnering with Sales, Marketing and Product on go‑to‑market initiatives in a B2B technology environment.
• Ability to turn market research, competitive analysis and customer insights into clear messaging and product roadmap inputs.
• Strong stakeholder management and influence skills, with experience enabling senior sellers and sales leadership.
• T‑shaped marketing expertise covering positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, demand generation, ABM and sales enablement.
• Self‑starter with excellent communication skills and organized project management.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range $115,000‑$135,000.
