Development Manager

About the role

The Development Manager supports Clinica Msr. Oscar A. Romero in securing funding through grant writing, donor outreach, and event coordination. This role blends marketing, communication, and technical processes to meet fundraising goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and submit Letters of Inquiry and full grant proposals to private foundations and government funders.
• Collaborate with finance and program teams to monitor program goals, deliverables, and ensure accurate, timely grant reporting.
• Manage calendars for grants, contracts, reporting, and fundraising events, and track assets for special events and sponsorships.
• Maintain development communications, including newsletters, website updates, and social media content.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in grant writing, fundraising, or marketing, preferably in health or human services.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with traditional and digital marketing tools, including social media platforms.
