About the role

Join Northwest Exterminating as a Wildlife Service Professional and spend your days working outdoors, helping customers protect their homes and businesses from wildlife intrusions. You will receive comprehensive training and have clear pathways for career advancement while operating independently in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with customers, delivering exceptional service and education on wildlife issues.
• Perform wildlife exclusion and animal removal at customer locations, including setting up exclusion traps and installing hardware cloth.
• Cut flashing, repair damaged areas, and conduct basic carpentry work using sheet metal and screening.
• Work safely on rooftops and in confined spaces, using safety harnesses and other protective equipment.
• Assist with crawl‑space and termite projects as needed.
• Stay current on federal, state, and local wildlife regulations.
• Follow a scheduled service route within the assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe visits.

Required profile

• Willingness to follow directions, adapt to change, and solve problems with a positive attitude.
• Open to comprehensive training; no prior experience required.
