Vice President of Marketing

About the role

PsychPlus is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead the development and execution of national marketing and growth strategies as the company expands its psychiatric services across the United States. This senior leader will shape brand positioning, drive patient acquisition, and build strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and payors.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to increase patient acquisition, retention, and brand awareness nationwide.
• Lead digital‑first campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid media, social, content, PR, and partnership channels.
• Oversee brand development to establish PsychPlus as a leader in behavioral health.
• Build and manage a high‑performing marketing team covering digital, creative, communications, and analytics.
• Define and track KPIs focused on ROI, patient engagement, and conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with product and clinical teams to align marketing with patient needs and innovations such as the EHR system and digital‑first care model.
• Drive national visibility through thought leadership, PR, and strategic alliances with hospital systems and community organizations.
• Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities and expansion strategies.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare advertising regulations and ethical standards.

Required profile

• 8–12+ years of marketing experience, including at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
• Demonstrated success scaling marketing efforts in healthcare, behavioral health, digital health, or mission‑driven startups.
• Strong strategic thinking, data‑driven decision making, and ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and partnership building skills.

Required skills

• Experience with digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, paid media, and social platforms.
• Brand development and positioning expertise.
• Ability to define and monitor performance metrics and ROI.
