Account Lead, Paid Social

About the role

As an Account Lead, Paid Social you will own end‑to‑end paid social programs for large, complex clients, driving user acquisition and growth through strategic Meta Ads campaigns. You will lead a high‑performing team, mentor junior talent and ensure delivery of measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute full‑funnel paid social strategies on Meta Ads, aligning with client KPIs and business objectives.
• Own the social account roadmap, prioritize tests, and ensure cross‑channel alignment.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of mobile paid‑social trends and translate insights into client narratives.
• Establish and enforce best‑practice processes using tools such as Asana and internal QA frameworks.
• Lead, coach and grow a collaborative, inclusive team environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of paid social advertising experience, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Proven track record scaling enterprise‑level paid social programs.
• Strong organizational, strategic and communication skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative, inclusive, high‑performing team culture.

Required skills

• Deep proficiency with Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with mobile measurement platforms (MMP) and iOS SKAN attribution.
• Familiarity with Asana for project management.
