Vice President, Digital Partnerships & Fintech Enablers

About the role

Lead Mastercard’s relationships with key money‑transfer organizations, money‑movement enablers, and digital‑assets players in the US. Drive strategic growth, strengthen partner engagement, and collaborate across the Mastercard ecosystem to create new business development opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Build deep, trusted relationships with senior executives and C‑suite leaders of fintech enablers, money‑transfer and digital‑asset organizations.
• Execute Mastercard’s go‑to‑market strategy across a broad suite of products, including digital partnerships, global money movement and digital assets.
• Develop strategic account plans, identify and structure complex commercial opportunities, and lead executive‑level business reviews and negotiations.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, engineering, finance, legal and regional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading strategic partnerships, business development or account management in fintech, payments, money movement or digital assets.
• Exceptional relationship‑building and executive presence with ability to influence C‑suite stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, financial analysis and ROI modeling skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems and drive outcomes across diverse groups.
