About the role
The Team Manager will support the Store Director in leading, developing and motivating the sales, operations and security teams of a Tiffany store. Acting as the on‑site leader when the Director is absent, you will ensure an elevated client experience and drive commercial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and guide sales and operations staff to meet or exceed commercial and profitability targets.
- Deliver a client‑centric experience, modeling the "Tiffany Touch" at every interaction.
- Develop and retain top talent through hiring, training, performance management and recognition.
- Monitor and act on NPS scores and client feedback to continuously improve service.
- Maintain operational excellence, ensuring store efficiency, safety and compliance.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, creative problem‑solver and champion of LVMH values.
