Talent Acquisition Specialist – Hybrid (Solon, OH)

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will attract, assess, and hire talent to support Nestlé USA’s business objectives, partnering with hiring managers, candidates, and HR teams to deliver an efficient, high‑quality recruiting experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to develop recruiting plans and source talent across business functions.
• Lead the full life‑cycle recruiting process from requisition posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Provide market insights, talent pipeline updates, and hiring recommendations to managers.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Marketing to integrate employer branding and coordinate outreach events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience with full‑cycle hiring expertise.
• Proven ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines using multiple sourcing channels.
• Strong project management and communication skills, with ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital tools for sourcing.
