About the role
As Senior Manager, Learning & Development you will lead Nestlé USA’s leadership development and enterprise curriculum agenda. Reporting to the Director of Learning & Organization Development, you will shape strategy, design blended learning solutions, and drive capability building for leaders and individual contributors.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute a multi‑year learning strategy that aligns leadership development, core curriculum, and future‑skills initiatives with business priorities.
- Anticipate capability gaps, translate talent trends into a prioritized learning roadmap, and advise senior HR and business leaders on targeted solutions.
- Direct end‑to‑end curriculum design, applying adult‑learning principles across instructor‑led, virtual, blended and digital formats.
- Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing L&D team, establishing clear goals, accountability and a culture of continuous learning.
- Oversee program delivery, define success metrics, measure ROI and iterate quickly based on data and learner feedback.
- Manage program budgets, vendor partnerships and execution timelines to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, Education or a related field.
- 7+ years progressive experience in learning & development, including designing and scaling enterprise curriculum.
- 3+ years of people‑leadership experience with a proven ability to coach and differentiate performance.
- Demonstrated track record of building leadership development strategies and translating capability gaps into measurable solutions.
- Strong facilitation and platform skills, capable of delivering to leaders at all levels.
- Solid business acumen and executive communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proven project and budget management abilities, handling multiple large‑scale initiatives simultaneously.
Required skills

- Fluency with modern learning technologies and digital tools.
- Experience integrating AI into curriculum design and delivery.
- Working knowledge of graphic design and creative direction.
