Manager, Learning Technology

About the role

The Manager, Learning Technology leads the strategy, governance, implementation and support of Nestlé’s learning technology ecosystem. This role ensures that digital learning tools enable talent development, leadership growth, compliance and a seamless learner experience across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a learning technology roadmap aligned with business and talent priorities.
• Administer and optimize LMS, LXP, content platforms, virtual learning tools and AI‑enabled solutions.
• Own end‑to‑end compliance training management, reporting and audit support.
• Oversee the L&D tool ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate and low‑code solutions.
• Identify and pilot automation, AI and emerging technologies to improve learning effectiveness.
• Lead, coach and develop an instructional designer and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Learning & Development, Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years experience in learning technology or digital learning, with 2+ years people‑leadership experience.
• Proven experience managing LMS/LXP platforms and cross‑functional stakeholder collaboration.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.

• Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP).
• AI‑enabled learning solutions and automation tools.
• SCORM/AICC standards and eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Synthesia).
• Microsoft Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.
