SWD Operator – Salt Water Disposal (Day/Night Shifts)

About the role

We are seeking a dependable, safety‑focused SWD (Salt Water Disposal) Operator to join our Bourg, Louisiana facility. The role involves operating, monitoring and maintaining equipment that handles produced water from oilfield operations, on a rotating 14‑day/7‑night shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and maintain SWD pumps, valves and storage tanks.
• Safely off‑load and process produced water from transport trucks.
• Perform routine equipment checks, minor maintenance and repairs.
• Accurately record daily volumes, equipment readings and incident reports.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe worksite at all times.
• Follow all environmental, safety and PPE protocols.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, drivers and supervisors.

Required profile

• Willingness to work rotating day and night shifts (14/7 schedule).
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Quick learner who can work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety practices and proper PPE usage.
• Mechanical aptitude; prior oilfield or waste‑handling experience is a plus.
