Senior Turf Sales Representative – Southern California (Field)

About the role

Join BASF’s Agricultural Solutions team as a Senior Turf Sales Representative supporting Southern California, Hawaii, Utah and Nevada. You will act as the face of BASF to turfgrass managers, distributors and industry partners, driving sustainable solutions in the turf market.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets for the turf market.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with end‑users, distributors and key influencers.
• Manage a defined sales territory, planning activities to grow market share.
• Promote BASF innovations, present marketing programs and conduct product/biology training.
• Execute field tactical activities and support the distribution network.
• Report top opportunities through monthly strategic reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with agronomic industry experience (turf, agricultural products, lawn care, etc.).
• Direct sales experience or relevant experience such as a golf‑course superintendent.
• Strong customer focus, entrepreneurial mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Proven account/territory management and planning abilities.
