Application Processor – Energy Rebates

About the role

AdNet/AccountNet, Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented Application Processor to support energy efficiency projects for income‑qualified residential customers. The role involves evaluating eligibility, verifying documentation, and ensuring compliance with utility‑sponsored incentive programs.

Key responsibilities

• Review project application forms, submittals, technical specifications, work orders, certificates of completion, and invoices for compliance with program policies.
• Perform data scrubbing, analysis, and interpretation; upload records into the program database and process incentive payments.
• Conduct desktop reviews and quality evaluations of internal and external materials, and identify projects requiring additional health and safety reviews.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree or higher (or equivalent education/experience).
• At least 1 year of professional experience and ability to pass a background check.
• Strong work ethic, flexibility, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
• Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, recommend solutions, and appropriately escalate issues.
