Seeds Processing Shift Coordinator (Lubbock, TX)

About the role

BASF Agricultural Solutions is seeking a Seeds Processing Shift Coordinator for its Lubbock, Texas plant. You will support the Plant Manager and Shift Supervisor in daily operations of the de‑linting, packaging, and warehouse functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team during the shift in the packaging and de‑linting plant.
• Assist with inventory counts of chemicals, bags, and raw materials.
• Participate in shift‑change meetings, cleaning, maintenance, and regulatory discussions.
• Support EHS initiatives, including toolbox talks, audits, and safety inspections.
• Communicate production status to supervisory staff verbally or in writing.
• Maintain plant monitoring programs and follow SOPs, including annual policy reviews.
• Ensure treatment and packaging activities meet standards and prepare equipment for the next run.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing, seed production, ginning, or related mechanical work.
• Knowledge of OSHA PSM regulatory requirements (desired).
• Strong team leadership and organizational abilities.
