Superintendent - Commercial Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects across New Mexico. The role focuses on delivering complex institutional facilities such as K‑12 schools and healthcare centers while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and schedule performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large community projects, coordinating subcontractors, schedules, and daily field operations.
• Manage complex site logistics for institutional projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality programs.
• Oversee inspections, construction documentation, and schedule adherence.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, owners, architects, and field teams.
• Maintain onsite presence at project locations throughout northern New Mexico.

Required profile

• Extensive field leadership experience as a superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• Proven background delivering K‑12 education or healthcare facility projects.
• Experience managing large institutional projects and complex site logistics.
• Deep knowledge of construction safety programs and quality‑control processes.
• Strong ability to coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and daily operations.
