Solutions Architect Lead (Remote West Coast)

About the role

We are looking for a Solutions Architect Lead to own the end‑to‑end client onboarding for Sardine’s fraud and compliance platform. The role is hands‑on, working closely with customers and internal teams to design, integrate and launch scalable solutions across the West Coast market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing integration team delivering seamless client onboarding.
• Provide end‑to‑end support to clients during onboarding, ensuring successful deployment.
• Own API, SDK documentation, integration guides and support materials.
• Analyze technical and functional client requirements and design solutions based on Sardine’s capabilities.
• Manage implementation projects, monitor quality, timelines, risks and deliverables.
• Deeply understand customers’ business problems and success criteria to tailor solutions.
• Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders as the voice of the customer.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience as an implementation manager, integration engineer, technical account manager, solution architect or systems analyst.
• 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payments, fraud, risk or compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis.
• Familiarity with API specifications (OpenAPI), web development and scripting languages.
