Social Media Manager – Instagram & TikTok Focus

About the role

JONESWORKS, a strategy‑driven communications and marketing agency, is looking for a creative and highly organized Social Media Manager to join its New York office. You will own the social strategy for client brands, with a strong emphasis on community management, content creation, and translating marketing messages across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies that meet talent and brand objectives.
• Manage and maintain company and client social profiles on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and others.
• Create and curate compelling, on‑brand content that drives engagement and growth.
• Monitor trends, tools, and best practices to optimize performance.
• Engage with online communities, respond to inquiries, and build brand affinity.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Track, analyze, and report social metrics on a monthly basis.
• Produce high‑quality multimedia assets, including graphics and video edits.
• Support creative ideation and post‑production from raw footage to final assets.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of current social trends and a passion for sports, especially NFL and NBA.
• Proven track record of driving organic engagement and growth.
• Highly organized, creative, and able to work evenings or weekends when needed.
