Service Technician – Nordheim Court (Student Living)

About the role

The Service Technician for Nordheim Court (Student Living) is responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the property, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas. This full‑time position ensures that all areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors or contractors.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and follow established procedures.

Required profile

• Ability to perform technical and mechanical tasks on residential properties.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Capability to work independently and follow established policies and procedures.
