About the role

American Family Care is seeking a Senior SEO Analyst to lead organic growth across its nationwide urgent‑care network. The role blends hands‑on SEO execution with marketing analytics, supporting both the Performance Marketing team and the CMO.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison with AFC’s SEO agency, overseeing deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the digital team to implement technical SEO improvements such as site architecture, crawlability, page speed, and schema markup.
• Guide franchise owners and local agencies on local‑SEO best practices, citation consistency, and Google Business Profile health.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic trends, and local search visibility across all AFC locations.
• Develop and maintain SEO dashboards, delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Support the CMO with weekly performance reports that combine traffic data, digital KPIs, and business metrics.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses using AI tools, BI platforms, and web‑analytics solutions to answer strategic questions.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of SEO experience, preferably in a multi‑location, franchise, or healthcare environment.
• Proven ability to manage external agencies and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience presenting insights to senior executives.

Required skills

• SEO tools: Semrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog (or equivalents).
• Technical SEO: site audits, Core Web Vitals, structured data.
• Local SEO: Google Business Profile, citations, local‑pack performance.
• Analytics platforms: Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau (or similar BI tools).
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted tools such as Claude.
