About the role
Kelly is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full‑cycle hiring for salaried positions in the water infrastructure sector. The role is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere in Latin America. You will manage up to 25 requisitions simultaneously, guiding candidates from sourcing through offer.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for specialized, hard‑to‑fill roles.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including talent mapping and market research.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to translate job requirements into actionable search plans.
- Maintain compliance and detailed activity tracking in the Workday ATS.
- Provide regular status updates and recruitment metrics to stakeholders.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a Recruiting‑On‑Demand or high‑volume environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver high‑quality hires.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Self‑motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently in a process‑driven setting.
