Senior Product Manager – Brand Growth (RBS Brand Experience)

About the role

Amazon’s Retail Business Services (RBS) Brand Experience team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the core platform that powers brand defect resolution at global scale. You will shape the operating system that enables brands to detect, act on, and resolve issues across selection, content, pricing, promotions, fulfillment, and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the horizontal platform layer supporting all vertical pillars.
• Drive development of defect detection and classification engines, insight generation frameworks, brand‑facing dashboards, and closed‑loop measurement infrastructure.
• Prioritize features across six+ vertical workstreams, balancing brand action take‑rate, time‑to‑resolution, insight precision, and scalability.
• Collaborate with multiple engineering teams and pillar product owners to translate complex business requirements into clear specifications.
• Make architectural decisions that enable rapid onboarding of new pillars while maintaining a coherent brand experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale, data‑driven product initiatives in an e‑commerce or technology environment.
• Strong ability to think in systems, define horizontal vs. vertical capabilities, and drive cross‑functional alignment.
• Track record of delivering measurable business outcomes such as increased brand action take‑rate and reduced resolution time.
