Senior IT Support / System Administrator

About the role

3Pillar Global is seeking a senior IT Support / System Administrator to lead endpoint management, cloud infrastructure, and office network operations. The role is based in Dallas with up to 20% travel for office build‑outs and upgrades.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Intune, Apple MDM (Kandji, Jamf) and manage device enrollment across Windows, iOS, macOS, and Windows 365.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 services, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Defender for Office 365.
• Design and maintain Azure AD, Entra ID, EMS and Okta for identity and access management, including SSO, SAML, OAuth and OIDC.
• Manage global office networks using Cisco Meraki hardware, vendor relationships, and ensure 100% network availability.
• Automate routine tasks with PowerShell, GitHub Workflows, APIs and Linux scripting.
• Lead end‑to‑end technology projects, create runbooks, and act as escalation point for complex incidents.

Required profile

• 7+ years of IT experience with a focus on Microsoft 365, Azure, and network engineering.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across time zones (Central Time).
• Willingness to travel ~20% and provide occasional off‑hours support.
