Senior Officer – Health Partnerships (Global Corporate Partnerships)

About the role

The International Rescue Committee is seeking a senior professional to lead health‑focused corporate partnerships within its Global Corporate Partnerships team. This temporary, fixed‑term position will manage a portfolio of corporate donors, develop fundraising strategies, and expand the IRC’s impact on refugees and displaced populations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Steward and cultivate a portfolio of corporate partners valued at $3M+ USD, focusing on health and financial services sectors.
• Design and implement tailored fundraising strategies, including grant proposals, employee engagement, pro‑bono expertise, and in‑kind support.
• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities, expanding flexible funding streams and diversified revenue sources.
• Collaborate with internal program teams to align partnership activities with IRC’s humanitarian objectives.
• Track and report on partnership performance, ensuring compliance with donor requirements and internal metrics.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in global health partnerships, corporate fundraising, or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of the major players and funding mechanisms within the health and financial services industries.
• Proven ability to manage a multi‑million‑dollar portfolio of corporate donors.
• Commitment to the IRC’s mission and its diversity, equity, and inclusion values.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
