About the role
The Senior HR Business Partner will serve as the primary HR liaison for Samsung's North America Service Business division, supporting the Ads Product and Engineering teams. Working closely with HR Centers of Excellence, the role drives people strategy, ensures alignment with business objectives, and champions a high‑performing culture.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute talent acquisition, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide data‑driven insights and thought leadership to influence HR decisions and solve business challenges.
- Coach leadership on career planning, performance management, and compensation strategies.
- Execute cyclical HR programs, maintain HR data integrity, and support organizational projects.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and mitigate HR‑related risks in collaboration with the legal department.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience.
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, listening skills, and proactive problem‑solving.
