About the role
Webflow is looking for a Senior Director of Customer Success to shape the strategy and execution for its Enterprise customer portfolio. Reporting to the VP of Experience, you will drive adoption, retention, expansion and advocacy while building a high‑performing, customer‑centric organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Enterprise Customer Success team to achieve measurable business outcomes for clients.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, Support and Executive Leadership to ensure value delivery throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Improve retention and adoption metrics and scale the organization through better processes and operating models.
- Develop and nurture executive relationships with strategic accounts.
- Create feedback loops that inform product strategy and roadmap.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading large‑scale Customer Success or Account Management functions in an enterprise SaaS environment.
- Strong track record of driving retention, expansion and customer advocacy.
- Excellent strategic thinking and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Experience working with remote, distributed teams.

- Competitive base salary with geographic zones (US Zone A: $272k‑$340k, Zone B: $256k‑$320k, Zone C: $240k‑$300k).
