Remote Onboarding Specialist

About the role

ezCater is looking for a Remote Onboarding Specialist to guide new restaurant partners onto its platform. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth and consistent setup that enables partners to start receiving orders quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Use the Guided Onboarding tool and automation systems to collect and translate partner data into live restaurant profiles.
• Prioritize multiple onboarding requests while meeting internal SLAs and stakeholder expectations.
• Explain onboarding requirements, the rationale behind them, and enforce compliance both internally and with partners.
• Communicate directly with restaurant owners and managers via phone and email to resolve questions and provide support.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve onboarding processes, tools, and documentation.
