About the role
The Seller LIVE Account Manager will lead TikTok Shop’s live‑shopping initiative for fashion merchants, driving growth and revenue through strategic live‑streaming campaigns. You will act as the main liaison between TikTok and its sellers, guiding them to maximize performance on the TikTok Shop Live platform.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute Seller Live strategies to achieve sustained GMV growth aligned with platform commerce goals.
- Analyze live‑stream performance metrics and provide data‑driven insights to optimize content and conversion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned sellers, managing end‑to‑end live planning, communication, execution, and performance coaching.
- Identify growth opportunities within the seller portfolio, expanding live commerce adoption and driving incremental GMV through upselling and optimization.
- Stay current on live‑stream trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to align promotions with broader initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in e‑commerce, social media platforms, digital content, or related sales/business development roles.
- Proven track record in live‑streaming, e‑commerce, media or digital marketing sales.
- Strong understanding of one‑to‑one and one‑to‑few relationship building between tech platforms and sellers.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple initiatives, and demonstrate a bias for action.
