About the role

Join Nespresso’s boutique in King of Prussia Mall as a Seasonal Sales Associate for the holiday period. You will be the welcoming face of the store, guiding customers through coffee tastings, product information, and a premium retail experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and memorable experience for customers.
• Elevate hospitality in the boutique and provide exceptional service.
• Share Nespresso’s sustainability mission and recycling initiatives.
• Guide customers on coffee selections through complimentary tastings.
• Operate digital systems and point‑of‑sale software.
• Maintain a clean, safe boutique environment.

• Enthusiasm for coffee and a desire to create memorable customer moments.
• Eagerness to learn about coffee products and share knowledge.

• Availability for opening, closing, weekend, and holiday peak shifts through January 2027.
