Field Sales Consultant

About the role

Renuity is seeking a Field Sales Consultant to meet with homeowners interested in premium kitchen refacing and countertop solutions. You will guide customers through the design process, understand their goals, and help them make confident decisions about transforming their kitchens.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with pre‑qualified homeowners in their homes.
• Present and explain kitchen refacing and countertop options.
• Guide customers through design selections and product choices.
• Build rapport, uncover needs, and recommend customized solutions.
• Prepare and negotiate sales agreements.
• Deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience from consultation through sale.
• Manage your territory and schedule independently while working in the field.

Required profile

• Positive, can‑do attitude and passion for helping people.
• Previous sales experience preferred; design or home‑improvement background is a plus.
• Reliable transportation for in‑home appointments within a 65‑mile radius.
• Resilient, goal‑oriented, and comfortable asking for the sale.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.

• Basic computer skills for presentations and workflow management.
