About the role

Infosys’ Life Sciences unit is seeking a senior SAP FPSL Consultant to support its healthcare and pharmaceutical clients. The role focuses on delivering advanced digital solutions, leveraging AI and automation to improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes, draft detailed requirement specifications, and align them with enterprise architecture standards.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customizations and integrations based on thorough business analysis.
• Design and implement advanced ERP customizations and collaborate with development teams on critical software applications.
• Develop and manage complex integration workflows linking the ERP system with external applications, and lead large‑scale data migration strategies.
• Implement performance optimization strategies for scalability, reliability, and user experience while ensuring compliance with security protocols and industry standards.
• Create detailed documentation for ERP customizations and conduct training workshops for diverse user groups.
