About the role
Step Up For Students is seeking a remote Recruiter to lead full‑cycle talent acquisition for a variety of positions, with a focus on IT, risk management, transformation, and regulatory roles. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver a high‑quality candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Collaborate with hiring managers at all seniority levels to define hiring needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
- Provide a white‑glove experience for both hiring teams and candidates, ensuring clear communication throughout the process.
- Source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and industry‑specific networks.
- Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate regular reports for leadership.
- Stay informed on market trends, talent intelligence, and best practices in recruitment.
- Represent the organization at industry events, job fairs, and networking meetups as required.
Required profile
- 4+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in technology or risk‑focused functions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining organization and efficiency.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering a professional candidate experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; military service may substitute for formal education.
