About the role
The Human Resources Coordinator supports daily HR operations for Flourish Research, a leading clinical‑trial organization. Working remotely, you will be the go‑to resource for employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to off‑boarding.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate end‑to‑end onboarding, including offer letters, pre‑boarding communications, I‑9/E‑Verify, background checks, and orientation scheduling.
- Maintain accurate new‑hire data entry in the HRIS and keep digital employee files up to date.
- Manage off‑boarding processes such as exit interviews, equipment return, system access termination, and final payroll notifications.
- Serve as primary point of contact for new employees during their first weeks, answering questions and directing them to resources.
- Maintain and audit employee records in the HRIS, handling status changes, compensation updates, job changes, and organizational updates.
- Generate routine HR reports (headcount, turnover, org charts, census data) and support ad‑hoc reporting requests.
- Assist with HRIS implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.
- Provide first‑line support for employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Experience supporting HR operations and familiarity with onboarding, off‑boarding, and HRIS processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to audit and resolve data discrepancies.
- Excellent communication skills to serve as a resource for employees and managers.
