Regional Support Specialist (Lake Saint Louis, MO)

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Support Specialist to join our Coldwell Banker team in Lake Saint Louis. You will be based in a branch office, supporting agents, branch leaders, and marketing efforts while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide white‑glove service for agents and clients visiting the office.
• Support agents with technology, process, and operational questions.
• Manage office social media accounts and provide basic marketing support.
• Promote a friendly, inclusive office culture and coordinate events.
• Assist the branch manager with promotional items, sales meetings, new‑agent orientations, and recognition activities.
• Help with agent recruitment, onboarding, and business‑plan development.
• Greet and direct agents and clients, maintain office supplies, and coordinate facilities and IT needs.

Required profile

• At least two years of customer service experience, preferably in a real‑estate office.
• Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram for marketing purposes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse audiences including agents, managers, customers, and vendors.
• Customer‑focused, delivery‑oriented mindset and ability to multitask.
• Willingness to travel to additional offices as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using PCs, Macs, and mobile platforms.
• Knowledge of social‑media platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
• Familiarity with real‑estate tools such as MoxiWorks, Prospect Square, and Listing Concierge.
