About the role
We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for visitors and support the smooth running of our fast‑paced office. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will provide administrative assistance to multiple teams and ensure day‑to‑day operations run efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors, handling inquiries in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen and route incoming phone calls, take messages and provide general information.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, manage calendars and prepare meeting rooms.
- Maintain office supplies, place orders when needed and ensure equipment is functional.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, copying, scanning, printing, and handling mail and packages.
- Assist with special projects and events, including preparing presentation materials, coordinating travel and supporting company functions.
