About the role
We are seeking a reliable Office Assistant to support daily operations in a professional office environment. This part‑time, long‑term contract role focuses on creating a welcoming front office, keeping shared spaces organized, and handling a variety of administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Greet visitors and provide a friendly first impression.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming deliveries and packages.
- Monitor and restock snack, beverage, and office supply inventories.
- Assist in planning and setting up small internal events.
- Provide general day‑to‑day administrative support and handle ad‑hoc tasks.
- Maintain tidy shared workspaces.
- Support shipping and receiving activities, including tracking incoming items and preparing outgoing packages.
Required profile
- Prior experience in front‑desk, office coordination, or receptionist roles.
- Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple routine tasks.
- Comfortable interacting with guests, handling packages, and performing general admin duties.
- Detail‑oriented approach to restocking supplies and managing inventory.
- Effective communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a part‑time setting while adapting to changing office needs.
