Professor – AI Model Training & Evaluation (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Professor to join our remote team and help train AI models. You will design writing and editing tasks for AI chatbots, measure their progress, and evaluate their logical performance. The role blends academic rigor with practical content development to continuously improve model quality.

Key responsibilities

• Assign writing and editing assignments to AI chatbots and review their outputs.
• Assess AI‑generated content for correctness, style, and overall performance.
• Identify gaps in model logic and propose solutions to enhance accuracy.
• Collaborate with the team to define evaluation metrics and reporting standards.

Required profile

• Fluent English at native or bilingual level.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Background in communications, journalism, or related fields is a plus.
• A current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
