Procurement Consultant – Hybrid (Chandler, AZ)

About the role

The Procurement Consultant will support the day‑to‑day administration of outsourced services and Statement of Work (SOW) engagements for Kelly’s client services team. Working in a hybrid model, you will partner with managers, procurement teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and smooth operational flow.

Key responsibilities

• Administer SOW lifecycle activities including setup, amendments, renewals, milestone tracking and off‑boarding.
• Partner with managers and suppliers to capture scope, deliverables, timelines and purchasing requirements.
• Maintain SOW data, approvals and engagement activity in Vendor Management Systems such as SAP Fieldglass.
• Monitor spend, purchase orders, project timelines and SOW end dates to identify risks and escalations.
• Audit SOW, supplier and invoicing data for accuracy and alignment with approved terms.
• Support operational reporting, documentation maintenance and day‑to‑day procurement coordination.
• Assist finance teams and suppliers with invoice reconciliation, payment tracking and issue resolution.
• Provide guidance on operational processes, purchasing requirements and program expectations.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience supporting procurement operations, SOW administration or supplier coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• High attention to detail across systems, reporting and financial processes.
• Effective communication and stakeholder partnership abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with Vendor Management Systems (e.g., SAP Fieldglass, Coupa, Ariba).
• Proficiency in procurement tools and ERP platforms.
