Vice President, Auditor, Finance Audit

About the role

The Vice President, Auditor, Finance Audit will lead and perform audits of finance reporting activities, working closely with audit teams and business stakeholders. This senior position is responsible for risk‑focused planning, fieldwork, and reporting in line with internal audit policies and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute finance audits, ensuring thorough risk assessment and testing.
• Develop audit plans, conduct fieldwork, and produce clear, actionable reports.
• Validate that testing procedures are adequate and comply with company policies and regulations.
• Create flowcharts, work papers, and analytical documentation to support audit findings.
• Identify inconsistencies in control environments and regulatory requirements, and communicate results to management and auditees.
• Apply advanced analytical problem‑solving techniques and guide team members in resolving complex issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field (required).
• Professional certification such as CPA or ACA (preferred).
• 5‑7 years of relevant experience, preferably in audit or finance audit functions.
• Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
