Procurement Category Manager – Brand Advertising & Consumer Marketing

About the role

Join Nestlé Health Science as a Procurement Category Manager responsible for leading sourcing strategies across Brand Advertising and Consumer Marketing spend. You will manage up to $100 million in annual spend, driving cost optimization, innovation, and supplier excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement long‑term category strategies and sourcing pipelines for media, creative, packaging, influencer, and analytics spend.
• Lead RFP/RFQ processes, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to deliver value and compliance.
• Collaborate with legal, marketing, and finance teams to ensure optimal pricing, contracting, and risk management.
• Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and compliance, driving continuous improvement and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Track savings and report results in partnership with Finance, ensuring year‑over‑year targets are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7‑10 years of progressive experience in category management and procurement, preferably in consumer products, wellness or nutraceuticals.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, manage complex negotiations, and operate in a matrixed organization.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, commercial and corporate functions across diverse operating models.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project‑management capabilities.
