Personal Injury Case Manager

About the role

Job Duck is seeking a Remote Personal Injury Case Manager to support a fast‑paced personal injury practice. You will guide cases from intake through resolution, ensuring clients feel supported and informed throughout their legal journey.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal legal teams to ensure smooth case management.
• Provide general guidance to clients on next steps and monitor case timelines.
• Support pre‑litigation and litigation processes, including identifying health‑insurance coverage.
• Maintain regular communication with insurance adjusters and clients regarding treatment progress.
• Request and organize medical records, bills, police reports, and other documentation.
• Answer client calls, draft legal documents, and handle case‑related correspondence.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of proven experience as a case manager.
• Experience with US personal injury law (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Strong attention to detail, client‑focused mindset, and proactive work style.
• Reliable remote work setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet, quiet environment).

What we offer

• Monthly compensation starting from 1220 USD.
• Remote work schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM EST.
