About the role

Key responsibilities

• Request, track, and organize medical records and documentation.
• Maintain organized case files and monitor deadlines.
• Ensure all communications are professional and clear.
• Support attorneys with case preparation.
• Assist with pre‑litigation case development, particularly personal injury.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and legal documents (training provided).
• Communicate with clients and medical providers via phone and email.

Required profile

• Legal background or prior law‑firm experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of professionalism and accountability.
• Clear speaking voice with strong articulation.
• Ability to handle sensitive client interactions with emotional intelligence.
• Strong grammar and attention to detail.
• Tech‑savvy and adaptable to new systems and processes.
• Reliable computer setup with stable internet (minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload).
