Immigration Case Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are an immigration law firm seeking an experienced case manager to join our team on a full‑time, fully remote basis. You will work on a broad spectrum of immigration matters, supporting both humanitarian and business clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of immigration cases, including humanitarian, business, and family petitions.
• Prepare and file asylum applications (affirmative and defensive) and removal defense petitions such as cancellation of removal, bonds, and habeas petitions.
• Handle change‑of‑status requests, marriage adjustment of status, and employment‑based visas (O‑1, E‑2, EB‑1A).
• Assist with VAWA and U‑visa petitions.
• Communicate with clients in both Spanish and English, and optionally Portuguese.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience practicing immigration law.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (Portuguese also considered).
• Ability to work full‑time in a remote environment.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of U.S. immigration processes such as asylum, removal defense, change of status, marriage AOS, O‑1, E‑2, EB‑1A, VAWA, and U‑visa petitions.
