Paralegal Case Manager – Remote Personal Injury Support

About the role

Job Duck is seeking a motivated Paralegal Case Manager to join a fast‑paced personal injury legal team. Working remotely, you will act as the primary liaison for clients and support attorneys throughout the entire case lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate progress.

Key responsibilities

• Draft pleadings and assist with discovery under attorney supervision.
• Prepare and submit electronic court filings in compliance with procedural rules.
• Monitor court and case deadlines, alerting attorneys when action is required.
• Communicate regularly with supervising attorneys, insurance adjusters, defense counsel, and courts.
• Maintain precise case notes, records, and documentation using FileVine and related legal systems.
• Request, track, and organize medical records and billing documentation.
• Provide trial preparation and on‑site trial support as needed.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, delivering updates and support throughout the legal process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in personal injury case management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and proactively raise issues.
• Professional assertiveness balanced with collaborative teamwork.
