Part-Time Floor Staff – $17/hr + Free Movies

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic part‑time floor staff to join our cinema team. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless movie experience while handling ticket sales, concessions, or usher duties.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and adhere to the company dress code.
• Operate Box Office and Concession POS systems, accurately handling cash, credit cards, gift cards and coupons.
• Sell tickets in compliance with MPAA ratings and promote the Regal Crown Club program.
• Upsell premium viewing options (3D, RPX, IMAX) and suggest concession items.
• Perform general cleaning, auditorium and lobby upkeep, and ensure food‑safety standards.
• Handle emergency situations, crowd control, and assist guests with seating.
• Inspect backpacks, enforce rating policies, and report any irregularities to management.
• If applicable, serve alcohol in accordance with legal age requirements and maintain certification.

Required profile

• Reliable attendance and ability to work flexible part‑time hours.
• Willingness to act as a representative of Regal and follow company policies.
• Legal age to sell or serve alcohol where required.
• Completion of mandatory training on harassment, discrimination and safety.

Required skills

• Box Office POS operation.
• Concession POS operation.
• Cash handling and reconciliation.
• Inventory management for concession stock.
