Outside Sales Regional Account Manager – Industrial Service & Repair

About the role

The Outside Sales Regional Account Manager will own a high‑potential territory covering Central/Northern Ohio, building relationships and uncovering new opportunities for industrial service and repair sales. You will act as a trusted resource, helping customers solve critical challenges while growing your own book of business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold‑calling, and customer engagement.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts by managing open orders, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and providing problem‑solving support.
• Use CRM tools and pre‑call planning to stay organized and disciplined in an outside‑sales approach.
• Build strong, long‑term relationships with customers at all levels of their organizations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; outside sales experience preferred.
• Hunter mentality with a passion for new territory and customer development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel overnight; able to lift items up to 50 lb.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to learn and use a CRM system.
