Onsite Recruiter – Education (Carlisle, PA)

About the role

Kelly is seeking an Onsite Recruiter to support its education division in Carlisle, PA. You will help design and execute recruiting strategies while representing the Kelly brand in the community.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and implementing recruiting strategies to meet fulfillment goals.
• Act as a Kelly brand ambassador by building relationships with clients, community outreach organizations, and educational centers.
• Attend scheduled job fairs and recruiting events to attract talent.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in recruiting, staffing, talent management, HR, education, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the week locally and possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
