About the role

We are holding an on‑site hiring event in Buffalo to fill multiple Member Care Specialist positions. The role supports members and health‑care providers with inquiries, benefits education and problem‑solving.

Key responsibilities

Accept inbound calls from members and providers regarding benefits, eligibility and claims.
Research complex inquiries using tools, documentation and outbound calls.
Educate members and providers on Centivo’s site, tools and applications.
Document interactions, follow processes and ensure follow‑up actions.
De‑escalate calls, address first‑level complaints and assist with appeals.

Required profile

High school diploma or GED.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Ability to learn proprietary systems quickly.
Professional written and verbal communication.
Attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.

What we offer

Hourly wage starting at $20 (up to $23) based on experience.
Paid training program beginning Monday, October 19, 2026.
