Merchandiser – North Denver Metro

About the role

Join Breakthru Beverage as a Merchandiser in the North Denver Metro area. You will creatively showcase our beverage brands by building displays, managing inventory, and ensuring optimal product placement across retail locations.

Key responsibilities

• Stock and rotate shelves in new and existing accounts.
• Build and maintain point‑of‑sale displays and manage POS materials.
• Execute store resets for remodels, grand openings, or seasonal changes.
• Develop strong relationships with key accounts and relay feedback to the sales team.
• Identify opportunities to expand brand presence on shelves and cold boxes.
• Communicate out‑of‑stock situations and new product opportunities.
• Continuously grow knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.
• Handle alcoholic products responsibly and safely.

Required profile

• 21 years of age or older; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional demeanor and sound judgment.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends.
• Ability to lift and carry 45‑65 lb regularly.
